The making of filigree

In Sardinia filigree is used to make almost all jewels and has reached such a developement and improvement of the old masters- Filigree consists of using two very threads wound togheter in order to make just one thread called twine. The twine is put and modelled in different shapes ( round, oval, cylindrical, etc.). Once these shape are made we realize the several elements that will create the models of our wide range collection.
